Wedding of Claire and Darren Entwistle @ Lytham Hall Saturday 12th September

The sun shone brightly at Lytham Hall last Saturday and it was a perfect day for Claire and Darren’s wedding celebrations


























DJB Vintage Wedding Cars provided a classic Morris Oxford which looked perfectly at home in the hall grounds












The hall looked amazing as usual










The day was full of Claire and Darren’s special touches














We love it when a bride and groom really put their stamp on their happy day.
They even had their own gardener mowing the front lawn !

Chicken Liver & Brandy Pate in Filo Pastry Crowns with Red Currant Jelly
Asparagus Spears, Wrapped in Parma Ham with Lemon and Dill Fromage Frais Dip
Sun Dried Tomato, Cream Cheese and Herb Pate on Baked Foccaccia
Miniature Smoked Goosnargh Chicken Goujons with Fruity Madras Mayonnaise
Sautéed Field Mushrooms with Tarragon on Sun Dried Tomato Bread with Melted Gruyere Cheese
Miniature Yorkshire Puddings, with Fillet of Beef and Horseradish Cream

A Dish Devised especially for Darren and Claire

Tender Pieces of Lamb Cooked with Mushrooms, Baby Onions and Herbs, Enriched with Red Wine, Served with Carrot & Butternut Squash Mash and A Pastry Heart
Served with Buckets of Home Made French Fries
And Bowls of Crisp Green Vegetables

For Sweet
Bread & Butter Pudding
Strawberries in a Woodland Berry Coulis
Panacotta Raspberries and Shortbread
Sticky Chocolate Pudding














Rowley’s also provided a wedding cake made of cheese with all the accompaniments for the guests to graze on throughout the day.


















Emily Jane Moore provided a stunning cake


Which was then cut by the happy couple in front of the evenings guests



This was followed by their first dance as Mr & Mrs Entwistle


The beautiful Marquee which covered the halls inner courtyard was provided by CK Marquees of Kirkham

Guests were treated to Rowley’s Hot Roast Beef and Turkey Sandwiches later on before the evening got going.














Afterwards the dance floor was packed and the bar was flooded with the always popular Jaeger bombs !

As you can see a great time was had by all
