The Wedding Of Felicity Wilkinson & Garreth Aspinall at Lytham Hall

Although it was not the usual Lytham Hall Sunny Weather, spirits were certainly not dampened as guests arrived for the wedding of Felicity and Garreth

The Team at Creative Coverhire had done a fantastic job dressing the chairs in the Gold Room
We always say it but this has to be the finest room on the Fylde Coast to hold your Civil Ceremony

Below the proud Mother of the Bride, the fabulous Sally Wilkinson looked fantastic and could finally calm down after doing a sterling job organizing all the pre planning for this special day

It was nearly time for 'I Do' as Garreth and Felicity gave the Marital Vows infront of Friends and Family

The Table plan which had been designed by Flutterby Couture matched the elegance of all the other little details

Rowley's were on hand to look after the pre breakfast Drinks and Canapes which consisted of Tattinger Champagne

Miniature Thai Fishcakes
Chicken Liver and Brandy Pate in a Filo Crown with Red Currant Syrup
Brochette of Halloumi Cheese, Oven Roasted Vegetable and Sun Blushed Tomato
with Balsamic Glaze
And Steak, Chips and Pepper Sauce

The Gold Room looked fantastic for the Wedding Breakfast and Flower Design Events simple but elegant arrangement really brought everything together

Everything was set and the chefs were working frantically behind the scenes to create the culinary feast that the bride and groom had chosen

On the Menu Was

To Start
Potted Lytham Shrimps with Phil's The Bakery of Lytham Walnut Bread and Green Salad

For Main
Rack of Ethnically Sourced Lakeland Lamb
Served on a Bed of Mint and Pea Puree with Port, Honey & Rosemary Jus

For Dessert
A Trio of Creme Brulee, Warm Chocolate Tort & Raspberry Pavlova

At night the celebrations started in the courtyard that had been covered with its own special star lit marquee.

The evening food was a Cheese cake hand picked by Garreth, including a super strong Snowdonia Black Bomber, Cropwell Bishop Stilton and Y Fenni, a welsh Cheddar cheese with Ale and Whole Grain Mustard, Served with Phil's the Bakery Breads, Grapes, Celery and Cheese Biscuits. Followed by the very tasty Wedding Cake

Flower Design had dressed the tables with lanterns and candle lit bird cages

The rest of the evening was handed over to the legendary Ian Hooper and The Hooper Band who kept everyone rocking even through the brief tropical storm that appeared to develop outside !!!!

Congratulation Felicity and Garreth from all at Team Rowleys

A Fantastic Party At Lytham Hall for the New Catherine & Richard Openshaw

Well none of us held out high hopes for good weather this weekend, however we were surprised once again by Lytham Hall's Micro Climate when the sun began to shine and the rain stopped

The New Mrs Catherine Openshaw arrives in style in a stunning Rolls Royce

Of course the Champagne was available from word go !

The Legendary Jonny Draper was on hand to snap all the best bits of the day

Proud Mother Susan with her newly wed Daughter

My Favorite Florist, the Supreme Jane Thompson of Flower Design Events made the Gold Room look stunning.

It was certainly Pimms O Clock once the Sun Came out along with Ice Cold Lansen Champagne

The Beautiful Gold Room, the setting for the wedding breakfast was decorated with Rowley's bone china, along with Catherine's special little touches.

The Table Plan which had been personally created looked superb

I love this room
I could think of no better place to eat. Such Beautiful Surroundings

The Starter's Were Canapes Hand Picked By The Bride And Groom
Teriyaki Salmon
and
Tempura King Prawns with Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce to mention a couple

A Classic Spanish Guitarist gave the whole afternoon a touch of class throughout the Reception and Meal

And the Grand Photo Finale before the meal, Jonny Draper Gathers Everyone on the Famous Lytham Hall Staircase for the final group shot.

Something a little different, A Wedding Cheesecake. Who said you needed a sweet cake
This was the centre piece of the fabulous Evening Continental Grazing Table

Mr & Mrs Openshaw take their first dance to one of my favourite numbers

The Rest of the Evening was Handed Over To The Coolers Band who had the crowds Rocking till the late hours.

Congratulations Catherine & Richard From Rowley's Catering

Laura & Ewan Cobain's New Years Eve Winter Wonderland Wedding

Staining Lodge Golf Club was the Venue for what was to be a Winter Wonderland Extravaganza on 31st December 2010

The Bride and Groom were greeted by Paul Rowley with Laura's very own Champagne Cocktail

Soon followed by the other 130 guests who were ready for the festivities
Along with the Champagne Cocktails were Espresso Cups of Bailey's Hot Chocolate

Served with some of Rowley's Canapés
Tempura King Prawns
Sautéed Mushroom, Tarragon and Mature Cheddar Cheese Crostini
Chicken Satay with Peanut Satay Dipping Sauce
Miniature Shepard Pie's

Laura's extra little touches complimented what was a fantastic setting

The Very Talented Jane Thompson and Team Flower Design had gone all out on the flowers providing what must have been the most details and stunning looking top table display I have seen

The Marquee from Ck Marquees with its fully Black Star Lit Roof Set The Winter Wonderland Theme off and the tables were lifted with illuminated snowy Orchid displays

The Chef's were hard at work in the Kitchen's preparing a Feast whilst the guests relaxed in the Lodge

The Legendary Phil's Bakery of Lytham once again made an appearance on the menu this time with some of his fantastic Artizan Bread selection

To Start
A Smooth Chicken Liver Pate Served in a Sealed Jar with Applewood Scented Smoke, Cherry Tomato Salad, Melba Toast and Home Made Tomato & Chilli Chutney

For Main Course
Was the Increasingly Popular 'Host The Roast'
I love this as a Main Course, as it really spurs interactivity amongst the guests at the table
A Sirloin of Beef brought out on it's own chopping board with carving knife and fork to the Lucky nominated Carver, Served with Rustic Roasted Root Vegetables, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Rich Roast Gravy

For Dessert was Individual Fondue Platters
Selected Fresh Fruit, Miniature Marshmallows and Hand Made Doughnuts
All Served with Bowl of Melted Milk Chocolate

To Finish
Was Cafetieres of Coffee, Boards of Locally Selected Cheese and Hand Made Shortbread

And if you thought that was enough, there was more.
For the evening food was Hand Made Pork & Leek Sausages, Mashed Potato, Mash Carrot & Suede with Onion Gravy Served with Plenty of Crusty Bread

The Cake looked stunning decorated with Icing Snowflakes and Diamonds

Our Great Friend Jonny Draper had all the photo's in check and was there throughout the day capturing all the memorable moments right till the end of the first dance

The Happy Couple Cut the Cake in front of a crowd of Flashing Camera's

The Rowley's Illuminated Bars looked fantastic with the Purple theme and Proved a fantastic setting for the cocktail flairer's who were very popular !

Once the Formalities had been completed the guests took to the dance floor and were entertained by the Brilliant White Keys Band

The Clock Struck Midnight and the Fabulous Balloon that had been waiting in the background all day finally exploded

Congratulations Laura and Ewan and a Happy New Year from Rowley's Catering
