Ck Marquees with its fully Black Star Lit Roof Set The Winter Wonderland Theme off and the tables were lifted with illuminated snowy Orchid displays
The Chef's were hard at work in the Kitchen's preparing a Feast whilst the guests relaxed in the Lodge
The Legendary Phil's Bakery of Lytham once again made an appearance on the menu this time with some of his fantastic Artizan Bread selection

A Smooth Chicken Liver Pate Served in a Sealed Jar with Applewood Scented Smoke, Cherry Tomato Salad, Melba Toast and Home Made Tomato & Chilli Chutney

I love this as a Main Course, as it really spurs interactivity amongst the guests at the table
A Sirloin of Beef brought out on it's own chopping board with carving knife and fork to the Lucky nominated Carver, Served with Rustic Roasted Root Vegetables, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Rich Roast Gravy
For Dessert was Individual Fondue Platters
Selected Fresh Fruit, Miniature Marshmallows and Hand Made Doughnuts
All Served with Bowl of Melted Milk Chocolate
To Finish
Was Cafetieres of Coffee, Boards of Locally Selected Cheese and Hand Made Shortbread
And if you thought that was enough, there was more.
For the evening food was Hand Made Pork & Leek Sausages, Mashed Potato, Mash Carrot & Suede with Onion Gravy Served with Plenty of Crusty Bread

Once the Formalities had been completed the guests took to the dance floor and were entertained by the Brilliant

The Clock Struck Midnight and the Fabulous Balloon that had been waiting in the background all day finally exploded
